Wu, who finished fifth in the women’s platform final in Rio, will compete in the individual platform and partner Bedggood in the 10-metre synchro event.
Keeney and Qin will compete in the individual springboard and together in the 3-metre synchro.
Bedggood will contest the men’s individual platform, while Carter will contest the mixed synchro with Qin.
The Kazan World Series event begins tonight, Australian time, and runs through until Sunday.
