Position Vacant: Performance & Pathway Program Co-ordinator

Diving Australia (DA) has a strong track record of high-performance success, winning a significant number of Olympic, World Championship, Commonwealth and other international medals.  Off the back of our most successful ‘away’ Commonwealth Games in Birmingham 2022, DA is now looking to build momentum as we head towards the 2024 Paris Olympic Games and the 2032 Brisbane Olympic Games.

As a result, we are currently looking to recruit a ‘Performance & Pathways Program Co-ordinator’.

DA has a truly national program with strong State Institute support in five major centres, based at world-class aquatics facilities, with world class coaching and medical support systems. We strive to be the world’s leading diving nation.

About the role

As the Performance & Pathway Program Co-ordinator, you will work as part of a team to provide administrative, operational, logistical and financial support to Diving Australia’s High Performance and Pathway Programs.

Passionate and enthusiastic about high performance and pathway activity, you will support the delivery of the programs, through the co-ordination and support for all activities needed to ensure the best prepared teams at all levels.

This is a fixed term full-time role, ideally based in Birsbane, offering a competitive package. The contract period is until 31 December 2024.
