The last few months have been challenging for us all but I am really pleased that with the new membership year just around the corner, most of the pools normally open in winter are back open and diving is happening again!

As you all know, DA and the State Associations have been able to make significant discounts to most member categories so when rollover does happen (imminent!) please do re-join and take advantage of our free t-shirt offer (first 500 competitive and recreational divers). Information will be available during the rejoin process as to how to claim. 

Also, get colouring on the the activity books!

Finally, and the main purpose of this post, is to let you know that DA has taken the opportunity over the last few months to update and finalise the Child Safe Framework and a new Member Protection Policy. These are important documents and if anyone has any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

With regard to the Child Safe Framework, we have also finalised an education module which will be part of the membership process now. I am sure you will agree that child safety is incredibly important and I ask that you keep that in mind and complete the Child Safe education as part of the membership rejoining process.
