After 14 years, Jodie Gillam, Manager Competitions and Administration, has made the decision to leave Diving Australia to pursue new opportunities.
On behalf of all at DA, including the Board, we would like to thank Jodie for all her dedication and hard work, much of which was behind the scenes and went unnoticed. Without Jodie we would not have been able to develop the organisation from what it was, to what it is now and her dedication to the diving community should not go unacknowledged.
Jodie was responsible for the management and delivery of all DA competitions, alongside the international competitions that took place in Australia, most recently the Oceania Championships. She ensured all competitions were delivered to the highest standard and that it was a special occasion for all participants, whether that be the elite athletes at the Open Championships or the young kids coming through at Age Nationals.
We thank Jodie for all she has done for DA and the wider diving community, we will miss her and wish her well for her future adventures.
