The Board of Diving Australia is seeking to recruit a new Chief Executive Officer to lead the sport into an exciting new phase of growth.

The CEO will oversee the organisation as it looks to leverage the green and gold runway towards Paris 2024 Olympic Games, Victorian 2026 Commonwealth Games and the 2032 Brisbane Olympic Games, developing a strong culture of support, integrity and respect within DA’s paid and volunteer workforce.

To achieve this, the CEO will be expected to drive positive and mutually beneficial engagement with a range of key stakeholders, including collaborating constructively with member states and effectively representing DA and its values in a range of sport and non-sport forums.

The CEO will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of the organisation and its national programs and functions, including driving a culture of respect and safety, leading organisational reform, delivering the strategic priorities of the board, and effectively managing the reputational, financial and compliance risks of the organisation to deliver a sustainable future for the sport.
